New gas range

This replaced an older Frigidaire gas range that we had for 15 years. Lots of changes and it is a learning curve using it. It's been installed for about a month now and we love it. The burner in burner makes boiling things very fast and the simmer burners on low are a perfect simmer for most items. The oven preheats so fast and it's larger than my old one was. It's also much easier to clean the stove top than my old one was.I do miss not having a drawer under it for storage, but that is my biggest drawback at this point. Using the knobs for the burners has been a challenge. Trying to figure out which knob goes to which burner is getting easier with use. Also, getting the hang of turning the burners on is a bit different than the old one. Like I said, a learning curve.

It™€™s a beautiful stove and the oven features are amazing, they work great. Temperatures so far have been accurate. Our only two complaints so far would be:1) The fan is super loud and 2) Every stovetop burner clicks when you want to light just one. Having this seems to be a hazard because why would you want multiple sparks at once? This should be address as it may eventually start some large lawsuits in the case one of those sparks from other stovetop burners starts a fire.

We bought this gas range new for a new home build and it stopped working almost immediately. The oven does not come up to temperature. Only the electric heating element works. The parts came in after two months and now it needs a power supply and two more boards. We missed Thanksgiving and Christmas at our new home and it looks like more of the same for New Years and beyond as parts are not available for this thing. The cooktop is pretty useless as it will not allow you to reduce the flame on the burners. The flame sensors keep turning the burners off. So it is too hot or nothing. It does look nice and has a lot of stainless steel, so hopefully when it gets scrapped out I can get enough money to pay for gas to drive home. I really am begging you not to buy one of these. It is way too complicated with the entire back filled with electronics and wires just to run an oven. I don™€™t know what they are trying to do, but it™€™s just not going to happen with the poor quality of electronics at this point. Have them open the back of the unit so you can see before you buy it. If you still want it after you see that mess, then have at it, that™€™s on you. Off to Craigslist to find a used oven to get us through until I can get this thing recycled into something more useful. Just don™€™t, seriously. If you do, you should not get to complain if you made it this far.

Bought this gas range for our new home. It worked for a week before the oven stopped reaching temperature. Had a service tech come out and they found only the electric element for browning was working. He ordered parts and came back two months later when they came in. He said parts took a very long time to find as they are not available yet. He just left after saying that it needs a power supply and another board. We missed Thanksgiving and Christmas at our new house and it looks like more of the same for the new year. We are making food in an air fryer. It™€™s just sucks. Before you foolishly buy one of these ranges, open up the back and see the colorful rats nest of wires and array of electronic boards it takes to run this gas range. It™€™s nuts. With the quality of electronic components today it is also hopeless. When you get done reading this review and you are still excited to have this cold piece of metal sitting in your home, download the manual and read through it. If you can decipher it, good on ya! You should get one of these. But please don™€™t expect to use the cook top. It does work, but won™€™t let the burners run on low flame as the flame sensors turn off the burners for you. So it™€™s burnt to a crisp food or cold, your choice. I do recommend the Ninja air fryer though. For $4,500 less than this oven, it™€™s nothing but flawless victories. If I can™€™t return this lemon, I will scrap it out. I am not enthusiastic about limping the pathetic thing past the warranty period then taking over the maintenance on this thing. I hope you find this helpful and after reading this review, and the manual, then seeing what inside the back of this tragic beauty you don™€™t buy one. But if you do, it™€™s on you after that, so don™€™t bother complaining, it™€™s on you after all that. Happy holidays!

Built our forever home and purchased this range only for the oven to stop working Thanksgiving day. After over a month, the new one was received today 12/22, installed and connected and a burner is not igniting. I would never recommend this range. The service was dismal at best and I had to fight to get this range replaced as it was only 4 months old.

We received this range on November 7th and it was delivered without the LP conversion kit. We have been waiting since the 7th for the kit to arrive which it still hasn't. A few days later the front LED screen to the oven just stopped working. We have tried since last week to have Frigidaire to send out a service tech to look at the issue but they still haven't done this either. We spent $5,000 on this appliance and haven't even been able to use it. Horrible customer service!

Oven Temepearure takes too long

Two months after installation, we were disappointed with how long it took to reach the desired temperature to bake.Additionally, the promised rebate from Electrolux is going on for four months with poor communication from the rebate website and the company. We are frustrated with the poor service and communication. We can't get anyone to help us with our dilemma.

I love this gas range. This replaced my Bertazzoni gas range which was bare bones and hard to light the oven. Frigidaire range has more burners and they are more flexible. One thing. Manual could have been better. We had to learn ourselves by trial and error how to work everything

Very disappointed with customer service and performance. We purchased this Gas Range but have had significant problems getting it to Temperature. It was consistently running 30-50 degrees cooler than the set temperature. Had to set it to 500 just to get it to 450 degrees, where it stayed only temporarily and then fall to 420 degrees. Broiler never got hotter than 360 degrees. Service came out and ordered a couple of new parts. 10 days later they installed the parts and said it was fixed. However, problem continued. The service team said that the "average" difference in temp is only 20 degrees and so it is within tolerance. I watched the whole test and the temp would, at best, get to within 20 degrees but never stayed there. The average was far worse than 20 degrees. That said, they told me to call corporate if I wanted further assistance. I did, and I was pleasantly surprised that the woman told me the unit was identified to be replaced based on the service call results and that it would just take 7-10 days to process the replacement. After 3+ weeks of not hearing anything, I called again and another woman told me the unit is not slated to be replaced. She couldn't/wouldn't tell me why it wasn't being replaced but only agreed to send another service rep out. For $5400, I would expect better customer service and expect Frigidaire to stand by its product. Also, telling me it was identified for replacement and then cancelling the replacement-- without even notifying me-- was poor form. I went with Frigidaire because I thought it was a reputable brand. Will think twice when replacing my other appliances.

I am really enjoying the cooktop on the stove. The extra burners allow lots of space for big projects, like making jam. The 18K BTU burners make short work of boiling a kettle of water; great for morning coffee or a large pot of pasta. The disappointment has been the oven. I tried to use it twice; it just wasn™€™t coming up to the set temperature. I was told to try to allow more time to preheat, since it was such a large oven; that made sense. But after an hour with the oven set at 450 degrees, it never got above 350. The service man came out to check, and said he would have to order new parts as the gauge seemed to be off by about 100 degrees. Not what I would expect with a new appliance from a trusted name.

We were given this range to review. So far we love it. We went from a 30™€ to a 36™€. I had to remove some cabinets and re-cut the counter tops but we are very happy with the upgrade. We removed a wall of cabinets to put in a range hood and it has really upgraded our kitchen. The controls took a little bit to get used to but once we did it was no big deal.still in the middle of the kitchen renovation so the picture is not the finished product.

This range is a huge upgrade to what we had previously. It is sleek looking and so far we have had many compliments on just the looks of it alone. We plan on redoing our cabinets on the side where the range sits to better place the range. I think it would look best between cabinets not offset like ours is. We seem to use the regular heat for the burners the convection burners are fast! However, I do like using the convection setting for baking/roasting better than conventional. Overall, I am in love with this range! My delivery was also wonderful and time-efficient. The two men were very kind and professional.
