in the first year, the range required service 4 times. the first three were due to fan failure and vibration-related noises. then the range had to have the temperatures recalibrated. it actually needs to be serviced again because the oven does not heat to the temperature selected, and the rattling/vibrating fan noise is back.

We bought this Samsung range to make a definite upgrade to our old 1997 GE range. I did alot of research and my wife wanted a duo oven. I found that this range fulfilled our need to have a large oven and also a duo oven at the same time. This oven knocks it out of the park when it comes to the flexibility and cooking ease for any oven range we have ever had. So Much More Than Expected!!

Have to say we had some issues getting the range delivered without damage but will credit Samsung for promptly addressing concerns. The features on this unit make the less-than- professional chef do things beyond your skill level. The air fryer basket is huge so making things for small groups doesn't require a lot of time. Controlling the heat with various sized burners is easily done for temperature specific cooking. The split oven door and oven divider permits dual cooking in a generous sized oven. The double-sided grill plate functioned perfectly for pancakes on one side with a great sear for small steaks on the other. Still learning the additional features we have yet to use but looking forward to doing so!

My whole house is mostly Samsung, we upgraded our appliances last year to include kitchen and laundry room so that we could have everything connected to our smart home. The major features we were looking for when we chose this oven was the double oven option as well as the Google Home features. There are a bunch of great features like settings for proofing dough, dehydrating, and air frying. its great when you can ditch multiple countertop devices for a multi function range like this that also looks beautiful in your kitchen. I removed a star for 2 reasons....either may or may not be important to you. 1. The center griddle takes FOREVER to get the whole griddle up to heat, even then there are serious dead spots and hot spots. We pretty much never use this after the first few failed attempts. Now we just fire up the griddle we have on our patio. 2. This is less of an issue as I understand the reasoning, but I was really hoping to have the capability to preheat the oven using either the app or my Google assistant. unfortunately it seems for safety reasons this is not possible. I do like that we receive a notification on our TV when the oven is preheated though.

The initial range I receive came damaged during the shipping process. Samsung worked very quickly to resolve the issue and I had a new one within a week. I love the features for cooking and baking! Works well with Samsung Smarthings. One thing I learned the hard way is that the separator needs to be removed in order to use all the settings like air fry mode. This isn't listed in the directions that were provided.

I renovated my entire kitchen and opted to get all new Samsung appliances. This range is amazing. It's intuitive, easy to use, and cooks like a dream! It made me realize just how bad my original range was. This range is high tech, looks fantastic and has a ton of options. I love the flex duo option. Once on wi-if I can connect it to my refrigerator which will walk me through all the steps of a recipe and even prep the oven. It also came with a grill top and a wok burner. This range has exceeded all my expectations and was well worth the investment.

What we expect from a Samsung appliance! We bought for 2 major reasons. First, hottest burner out. Second, flex duo oven. The burner allows for quick searing and stir fry much better than our previous range. The oven needs a little work like being able to use both bottom and top equally. Maybe we're missing the big picture here, maybe it's not possible! Overall we really like this range and would recommend! Samsung's customer service is another story!!!

I bought this product in a few months ago to upgrade our very old GE range. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased. The features and quality of this range far surpasses any preconceived expectations we had. We have used the flex option in oven several times and although it took some getting used to, we're happy to say that this a wonderful product. If I had a complaint it would be to add more or shared baking/cooking functions when using the flex oven on both the upper and lower sections to give more flexibility in using the oven.

stove comes with a generic user manual. it tells you what features you may or may not have, not how to use the features. google helped a lot. i was concerned about the heat coming from the vent in the back of the stove. i tried both the chat feature and a phone call to see if i needed to buy the backguard (another $200.00) to keep my wall from catching fire. nobody could give me a answer. if anybody at samsung who can actually answer this question could be bothered, i would like to discuss this issue. this is my second attempt to post a review as they declined to post my first one.
