Appliances Unlimited has again been my favorite place to shop and buy. I was looking for a large refrigerator/freezer. Ghazal suggested I look at the big box stores. I did and found just what I wanted. She and Ricardo said to wait to order for the Labor Day Sales. How nice is that for them to suggest. We were pleasantly surprised that it was on sale for 50% off of the manufacturer suggested price. Appliances Unlimited have lower delivery and haul away prices as well. I had been aware of Appliances Unlimited for some time, but didn't need to use them until my fridge just went out. Reached out to a Santa Clarita forum for best appliance store, and Appliances Unlimited was recommended. Prior to calling, i did some research on their website and actually found the same fridge for a reduced price elsewhere. When i called in, Royce answered and was extremely helpful. He was immediately able to offer the price match guarantee, and made everything very easy. They coordinated delivery directly with my tenant, whom is very happy with the new fridge. Wouldn't go anywhere else when my next appliance need comes up.

Love this place. Â Great prices that are lower than the big box stores. Â Great guys work here. Â Good selection. Â Install and delivery are done very quickly. Â Most importantly you can actually talk to someone who can help you with your problem, that never happens with the big box stores. Â If you live in Santa Clarita I highly recommend these guys. Â We have purchase an over the range microwave and a new washer and could not be happier.

After reading all of the horror stories about delivery issues of new appliances from the big box stores, we decided to give an independent store a chance and I'm glad we did.The entire experience at Appliances Unlimited was quick and pleasant. When we went to the store to shop for a washer, Kevin the salesman helped us by describing the different brands and their features. He was helpful but not pushy. We decided on a Whirlpool 4.3 cu top load washer. Their prices are not the lowest but they are fair.Kevin told us that delivery would take between 7 to 10 working days and he would call to let us know the exact date and time, which is what he did. David the deliveryman came today (Day 10) and installed the new washer and removed the old one. He also arrived within the 3-hour time period as promised.We are very satisfied with our first experience at Appliances Unlimited and will shop there again whenever we need a new appliance.

My husband and I went in last week to get a refrigerator. We were helped by the owner(Royce). He was very knowledgeable and helpful in all areas. We asked so many questions. He answered all of them. It was delivered the next day. Two men delivered and set up the new refrigerator. They were very professional.
